This beach home allows free parking for two vehicles; one numbered spot that is reserved for that unit only, and one unnumbered spot nearby. Unnumbered spots are available on a first come first serve basis. FREE Beach service set up on the beach (*seasonal: 1 umbrella/2chairs).
The private backyard offers a gas grill, string lights, outdoor entertaining space, spacious patio, and a storage shed with beach chairs and toys.

Amenities Provided:
Each full bath will be stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and hand soap. Hair Dryer for guest use in the bottom of the vanity. The ½ bath will have a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap. Bathroom Linens:  bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and black makeup cloth
Beach Towels are provided.
Kitchen:
Starter dish soap and sponge, couple k-cups, single coffee packet, kitchen towels
Laundry: This unit features a full-size washer & dryer located on the main floor in the closet near the front door entrance.  3 starter laundry detergent pods are provided with each stay (one for beach towels at departure please).

Airport: ~ 30 min from Destin/Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). There are a couple ways to get to the Southbay by the Gulf complex, around the bay or through Okaloosa island. Both are around 30 min depending on traffic.

Before booking, take a moment to review our rental agreement, ensuring a smooth check-in and adherence to our house rules. We provide starter supplies for your convenience, and our departure instructions make your exit hassle-free.

We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a townhouse building which has the potential for noise/disturbances from other residents - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other reasons, or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.

** Departure instructions ** – we ask that our guests remove all trash and food from the fridge and freezer, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, put soiled beach towels into the wash on quick wash, and close all exterior doors and windows.

Please DO NOT strip the beds as this will be handled by our cleaners. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
